چکیده مقاله:

Recently many attempts paid to construct the In-Silico model of the microorganisms. By such model many scenarios to maximize of cell growth or any specific metabolite or minimize of energy consumption have been introduced. Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. freudenreichii 20271 model via Model SEED server constructed through Flux Balance Analysis (FBA) Methodology. The model was assessed by the MATLAB Toolbox of system biology and FBA and new subject like waste water treatment and valuable metabolite production introduced. 5,6 dimethylbenzemidazole (DMB) endogenous production investigate and partially proved its synthesis. Model refined for the further studies.
